Like the rest of the Lumenworks’ Team, Nadine excels at accomplishing the impossible. Nadine’s attitude – focused, detailed oriented, positive, up-beat, reliable, team player, problem solver, can-do attitude, love a challenge, flexible, always looking to expand her knowledge, and interpersonal and active listening skills helps her push the limits. Additionally, she excels at managing multiple projects to completion in a timely manner, shifting priorities as needed, resolving issues from start to finish, and prioritizing work. Especially skilled with MS Office, QuickBooks Pro, project management, planning, prioritizing, problem solving, retaining and building loyal clients, achieving positive outcomes, always willing to take on new tasks, and using open communication.
Nadine combines her expertise in sustainability & energy conservation to change or add to the building components of the home, landscape, and lighting to achieve sustainability & conservation. She uses her creative, artistic, and innovative approaches in conceptualizing and developing the overall design of a project.
In addition, Nadine was a TA at Bellevue College teaching behavioral psychology and computer technology (Teaching MS Office programs to 180 students; assisting 50 or more students during a 3 hour session 2-3 times per week simultaneously). She also continues to teach and lecture about permaculture, sustainability, and water & energy conservation plus plans and organizes events and tours. When there’s time Nadine continues to takes classes and attends lectures.
