Provide lighting layouts, specification, details, and photometric studies for the tallest new housing Building in Downtown Oakland. Collaborate with Interior Designer, Architect and Owners to create Oakland’s first New York style luxury apartment complex with six hundred and thirty-three residential units. Roof top amenities are true “jewelry in the glass box” with full height windows that provide a view that overlooks downtown Oakland and the San Francisco Bay. Dynamic RBG color changing is employed for the Building Crown lighting and makes this forty three-story tall building even more epic. |
